Liberatory. Somatic. Rooted in Care.

90-Minute Deep Dive Sessions

Sometimes we need more than a quick fix. We need space to pause, be held, and reconnect with the deeper rhythms of our bodies, hearts, and stories. These 90-minute sessions are immersive, one-on-one spaces for exploration, healing, and clarity guided by somatic wisdom, trauma-informed care, and a decolonial lens.

Each Deep Dive invites you to tend to what’s present with intention, curiosity, and compassion.

What’s Included:

  • One 90-minute 1:1 Zoom session with Mao Beckett

  • Personalized follow-up resources, practices, or reflections

  • Option to record for your own reference

  • Sliding Scale Pricing available

You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.
Come as you are… curious, tender, tired, hopeful.

There’s wisdom in your body. Let’s listen.

Nourish and Nurture Your Nervous System

  • This guided, somatic-centered offering is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and build a deeper relationship with your body’s stress and safety responses. You’ll learn how your nervous system has been shaped by life experiences, trauma, resilience, and cultural context—and how to care for it with tenderness, not urgency.

This is not about “regulating” yourself into productivity. It’s about remembering what feeling safe enough actually looks and feels like…on your own terms.

    In this session, you’ll:

    • Learn the basics of the nervous system through a decolonized, trauma-informed lens

    • Identify your personal signs of fight, flight, freeze, and fawn

    • Explore how your history, relationships, and culture influence your stress responses

    • Practice somatic tools that help you return to grounded presence

    • Begin building rituals of care that align with your rhythms—not hustle culture

At the end, you’ll co-create a Personal Nervous System Profile Map, a visual guide to your unique cues, needs, and nourishing practices to support long-term nervous system care.

This offering is for anyone who feels dysregulated, burnt out, or disconnected and is ready to gently reconnect with their inner landscape.

Come home to your body with compassion, not control. Let’s build your roadmap to steadiness and self-honoring care.

Learn Your Attachment Stance & Patterns as Parts of Self — Not Your Personality

  • What if your attachment responses weren’t flaws but protective parts doing their best to keep you safe?

This 90-minute guided session offers a gentle, somatic exploration of your attachment patterns—not as fixed traits or identities, but as adaptive parts of you shaped by early relationships, survival strategies, and unmet needs.

Instead of labeling yourself as “anxious,” “avoidant,” or “disorganized,” we’ll invite you to relate to these patterns through a compassionate, parts-based lens rooted in nervous system awareness and embodied care.

    In this session, you’ll:

    • Identify your core attachment stance and protective patterns

    • Understand these responses as parts of you not all of you

    • Deepen awareness of your inner child and protective systems

    • Practice somatic tools that help shift from self-judgment to self-compassion

    • Create space for more secure, grounded connection with yourself and others

This session is for anyone navigating complex trauma, relationship patterns, or simply seeking to better understand their inner relational landscape. We center tenderness, curiosity, and healing not pathologizing labels.

Come as you are. Leave with greater clarity, compassion, and connection.
